Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At Ralph White Merchandising, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return
2. Return Process
2.1 Requesting a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and receive your RA number
- Package the items securely with the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team
Note: Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed.
2.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt
- We will inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
3.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will include the original purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund promptly to minimize any delay.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale (unless defective)
- Digital products or downloadable content
7. B2B Account Credits
For business accounts with established credit terms, refunds may be issued as account credits at our discretion. Account credits can be applied to future purchases and do not expire.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our standard return process. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number.
